Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Sift together the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and baking powder in a mixing bowl. In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, and eggs until fully mixed.
Gradually beat flour mixture into sugar mixture until completely combined. Stir in zucchini.
Pour mixture into a greased 9"x5" (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
