In a small cup, dissolve 1 tbsp instant espresso powder into ½ cup boiling water.
Pour a small amount in the bottom of a coffee cup.
Add in a large scoop of ice cream. We tried cookies n' cream and it was delicious!
Top with homemade whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings, and chocolate covered espresso beans.
Whipped Cream Directions:
Combine ingredients and mix until light, fluffy peaks form.
