Grilled Halibut with Nectarine Salsa
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Mix together nectarines, red onion, cilantro and lime juice.
Season halibut fillets with olive oil, kosher salt & pepper.
Place fillets on hot, oiled grill and cook for approximately 4 minutes, or until halibut releases easily from the grill.
Flip and cook about 2-3 more minutes – until just cooked through.
