Kitchen 101: How-To Cut a Pineapple
Directions:
- Cut off the top and bottom of pineapple
- Stand pineapple and cut off the husk (skin) around the pineapple
- Cut heart of pineapple in half length-wise
- Slice into wedges
- chop into chunks for use in salads, salsas, and cocktails!
