WW Banana Pudding Parfait
Cook pudding according to package directions using low-fat milk; let cool to room temperature, then gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
Line up sixteen 9-oz plastic cups or parfait glasses on a work surface. To assemble, layer 1/3 cup banana, 1 ½ tablespoon pudding mixture, 1/3 cup banana, and 1 ½ tablespoon mixture in each cup. Chill until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and 1 crushed wafer.
WW Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwiches
Allow WW Giant Chocolate Fudge Bar to soften slightly and combine with peanut butter and salted peanuts.
Return to freezer to set for about 30 minutes.
Divide filling evenly across 4 wafer cookies and sandwich with remaining 4 cookies.
Keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
WW Strawberry Cheesecake Shots
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, yogurt, powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice and lemon zest. Fold in whipped topping until just combined.
Place butter in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted. Add graham cracker crumbs and salt. Gently mix to combine.
Line up sixteen 2-oz shot glasses on a work surface. Layer each one with 1 tablespoon crumb mixture, 3 heaping tablespoons of cheese mixture and 1 quartered strawberry. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
