Electric Pressure Cooker Peach Cobbler
Yields: 6 servings

Instructions:
Crust:
Slightly freeze butter. On a box grater grate butter and add to bowl. Add box cake mix and cinnamon. Using hands or fork, cut butter into dry ingredients, until crumbly. Set aside.
Filling:
In the inner pot of electric pressure cooker, add butter . Hit saute button and stir until butter is melted. Add peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes until peaches start to soften.
Sprinkle crust over peaches, slightly stirring to allow some of the topping to mix into the peaches.
Cover with lid, turn steam value to lock. Hit cancel button. Then hit cake button, cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let natural release, about 10 minutes. Remove lid and let sit for 5 minutes.
